Potential side effects
The most common side effects of sildenafil and tadalafil, the active ingredients in 3-in-1 Pill, can be headache, indigestion, back pain, visual changes (such as blurry or blue tinted vision), muscle aches, flushing, and stuffy or runny nose. Most of these side effects usually go away after a few hours. Back pain and muscle aches usually go away within 2 days, but in some cases may persist. Tell your healthcare provider If you have any persistent or recurrent side effects that bother or worry you.
Who should not take the 3-in-1 Pill?
Anyone taking medicines called nitrates (such as nitroglycerin)
Anyone using street drugs called "poppers" such as amyl nitrate or butyl nitrate
Anyone taking medicines called guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat (Adempas)
Anyone allergic to sildenafil, tadalafil, vitamin B12 or any of the inactive ingredients in 3-in-1 Pill: Sildenafil + Tadalafil. Inactive ingredients include:maltodextrin, dextrose, silicon dioxide, natural flavor, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, sucralose, silica, FD&C Blue #1/Brilliant Blue FCF Aluminum Lake and D&C Yellow #10 Aluminum Lake.
